Greg Tidwell, President/ CEO,

more than twenty five years experience
devoted to the construction industry. A
third generation building professional and
independent businessman, Greg combined many
of the concepts passed on to him with new
market trends, creating a company with
exceptional skill and the manpower. With his
hands-on approach to running day-to-day
operations, Greg has led the company through
establishment, turnaround and growth. He has
actively served as an industry advisor to
the Owens Corning/ Cultured Stone Advisory
Council and his valuable insight into
product development has been sought out by
manufacturers nationwide. Greg's passion for
his company and trade has cultivated an
exciting work environment that makes Tidwell
Enterprises a leader in the industry.

Alan Saca, Controller/ Lead Masonry
Estimator, has a background with Tidwell
Enterprises spanning over thirteen years,
his position as head of commercial masonry
estimating makes him an invaluable member of
the team. Alan's collective experience in
business and accounting gives him the focus
to provide competitive and strategic
proposals that promote Tidwell Enterprises'
expansion within the market. His
significance to the industry is evident as
he offers value engineering techniques and
accurate estimates. Alan holds a Bachelor of
Science Degree from Fresno State University.

Matt Kincanon, Project Manager, fills
a critical role with Tidwell Enterprises and
has consistently excelled over his ten year
career with the company. Matt's wide range
of knowledge in both off and on-site masonry
services allows him to provide key insight
to both field supervisors and corporate
personnel. Matt has worked his way up
through the ranks of the company to his
current management position and has
demonstrated his ability to inspire a team
mindset with employees and a determination
to complete projects on time and accurately.
